Any travel or accommodation expenses already incurred are to be reimbursed unless otherwise agreed.

Health & Participation

Yoga and Thai Yoga Bodywork are practices that support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate and agree to inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or other relevant health concerns before the session.

Please practice within your own limits and listen to your body at all times.

Photography

Occasionally, photographs or short videos may be taken during workshops or events for use on my website and social media.

If you prefer not to appear in any images, simply let me know before the event, and your wishes will always be respected.

Liability

Participation in all yoga classes, private sessions, Thai Yoga Bodywork, workshops, retreats, teacher trainings and events is voluntary and at your own risk.

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, Dana Reiff accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, loss or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the agreed service.
