
About me
Hi, I'm Dana.
My journey into yoga grew out of years spent working with the body through fitness, personal training and flexibility coaching. While I loved helping people become stronger and more mobile, yoga introduced me to something deeper - a practice that invited me to turn inward and reconnect with myself.
Wanting to deepen my understanding, I travelled to India several times to complete my teacher trainings. My foundation is rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, complemented by further studies in Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and prenatal-adapted Vinyasa. Since 2020, I've been teaching regular classes, workshops and at yoga teacher trainings, where I have the privilege of supporting both students and future teachers on their journey.
My teaching blends strength with softness, structure with creativity. I love fluid, breath-led movement and believe yoga should create space - for presence, play and transformation. My intention is to offer a practice that helps you reconnect with your body, your breath and yourself.
Originally from Luxembourg, I've called Austria home since 2010. When I'm not on the mat, you'll usually find me outdoors, in the garden, travelling, cooking or baking. I also enjoy expressing my creativity through handmade crafts like crocheting and knitting, and I love sharing these little inspirations on my blog.
